What can I say. I’m living in my dream home. Meadan Homes were the perfect builders to bring this design to life. We’d worked with a local building designer to craft up the plans to develop a design focused house on a difficult lot. Access and slope were our biggest hurtles and Meadan Homes along with their trades made it look easy. As an interior designer, detailing your own home means answering to no one and therefore putting the pressure on to deliver unique design combinations, details and spaces. Andrew and his team took on these challenges and absolutely blew us away. The quality shows from the inside out, with every trade they use putting 100% into their workmanship. It was a joy to visit site and I can’t recommend them enough. ~ Katrina M

My wife and I were daunted at the prospect of undertaking a significant renovation in a new state. Andrew and Jason are brilliant at reducing the uncertainty we faced and were always available for us to speak to. At every decision point we were given varying options from cheap to good to expensive ways we could go with each part of our renovation. If consistent accurate communication is important to you, then consider having a chat with these guys. One more thing, I love how they have dedicated carpenters, painters and so on who ONLY do work for them. This means waiting times for various works were reduced from months of waiting to only weeks. ~ Joe P

I was very happy with Jason and Andrew from Meadan Homes. I had a garage renovation which was probably a bit different to the average home renovation, and with a tight budget to work with. Andrew and Jason were flexible, and we're happy to plan for me to complete the painting and other details in order to keep to budget. Jason kept the site neat and tidy. Patience has been necessary with COVID related delays for materials, and associated delays with sub-contractors, but Jason kept me up to date with what was going on. 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 I wanted to build a secondary dwelling on my property…I was doing it on my own…was so nervous and didn’t know who to trust. After meeting Andrew, I knew I didn’t have to look any further! Andrew has been and still is (after the build) incredible…Andrew is so very professional, knowledgeable, so considerate and very easy to work with. He helped me through every step of the way… he always explained what was going on and made sure I understood…he kept me up to date with what was happening, what to expect and made sure I was happy from the very beginning and still does so, even though the build is finished! He most certainly went above and beyond to do everything he could to save me money (I was on quite a budget) so that I could have the little house of my dreams. Jason the foreman…well…incredible, professional, talented, very polite and friendly, patient (with me!), meticulous from start to finish. Always happy to spend time answering my many questions, always kept me updated, again, always making sure I was happy, and I’m sure he did extra things around the site (my property was a mess!) that he didn’t need to do! Jason was always onto it, organising, coordinating, fitting in with me, on the tools when needed and always making sure the site was clean and tidy. I knew I was in good hands…but I didn’t expect to be looked after like this! I knew my little house would be awesome…but it turned out more amazing than I ever thought possible.
